Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your sink to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your sink must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- Free of scratches, dents, or installation marks
- In its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories (mounting clips, drain assemblies, cutting boards, grids, etc.)
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Sinks that show signs of test-fitting, drilling, plumbing connection, or finish damage are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Email our team at support@sink-depot.net with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Sink Depot covers the cost of return shipping on all approved returns within the contiguous United States. Once your return is approved, we will furnish you with a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 business days of delivery if your sink arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Keep the original packaging and provide photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order sinks
- Sinks that have been installed, drilled, or modified
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the model you want is to return the original sink and place a separate order for the replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
