Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround.
Shipping outside the Continental United States
Shipping charges on orders shipped outside the 48 continental states are calculated by weight, size and postal code. Import fees, brokerage charges, and government taxes are not included in the shipping quotes and shipping charges do not include the above-mentioned fees. Payment of any and all additional fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order with sink-depot.net, the customer agrees to be legally bound to the fullest extent permitted by law to all of the following Terms and Conditions.
Missing, Improper and Damaged Items
Customers must inform sink-depot.net within 5 days of delivery of any items that are missing or of any items that were not as ordered, or otherwise did not conform to the terms and conditions of the sale. If such notice is not given within 5 days of delivery, the goods shall be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions of the order. Inspection of the materials received is the customer’s responsibility. In the event that an item arrives damaged, sink-depot.net will file an insurance claim with the designated shipping company and issue credit to customer upon resolution of claim. The customer will need to place a new order for replacement of damaged goods. Customers will be responsible for keeping damaged merchandise in the original packaging material until the claim is settled. Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other proof that items were damaged and/or might be required to send merchandise back to sink-depot.net for inspection. If the notification does not occur within the 5-day period, sink-depot.net will not accept the damaged item claims and will not be responsible for filing any claims with the delivery courier.

Order Policy

Order Confirmation:
For all email orders, an order confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of your order. Please ensure you have provided a valid email address to receive order confirmations.
Order and Shipping Information:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of confirmation. If a product is unavailable for shipping within a timely manner you will be notified by email. You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Order Refund & Return:
All returned orders are subject to approval by sink-depot.net. Restocking fees may apply. Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery unless qualify for annual stock rotation.
If a product is refused for any reason, other than shipping damage, it will be treated as a return and subject to applicable restocking fees and freight.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RGA). An RGA will only be issued within 30 days from the product being delivered. Contact support@sink-depot.net to request an RGA.
All returns must meet the following guidelines:
- All returned merchandise must be in original packaging.
- The product/s must be new and in resalable condition, not previously installed or used as display.
- There must be no writing on the packaging unless the sink-depot.net representative advised you to do so.
- The partner is responsible for the cost of return freight and must fully insure the package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation
The order becomes effective only after it is accepted by sink-depot.net. An order may be cancelled prior to the ship date; for cancellations after the shipping date, the Returns Policy takes effect.

Prices
